Our business has a focus on buying Mobile Homes that are located and set up on a lot, we have no desire to buy a home that needs to be moved (This is not to say we won't have a home moved). This is to your benefit as well as ours, cost factors are kept as low as possible and instead of a vacant lot you have a reliable tenant which keeps revenue in your pocket. We make every effort to build a trusting relationship with our park managers.
