Unless Otherwise stated in our sales agreement, all homes are sold in an AS IS CONDITION.
However, every situation is different and some circumstances arise that may mean a home can be offered with a guarantee. Appliances, Plumbing, Heat and Air Conditioners, all are inspected to ensure they are in working order. If any defects are found then adjustments can be made accordingly to satisfy a customers needs. This may mean adjustments in sales price, terms, or interest rates, ETC. There are many variables and every home sold stands on its own merits. We will make every effort to ensure that a home meets certain standards, and will work with every customer with any concerns that may arise.
